  • The employer obtains a Work Permit — via our agents in China
  • Single-entry Z visa for arrival (30 days)
  • After entry — a work residence permit replaces the visa

From you: diploma, police clearance, proof of experience. Timeline: from 2–4 weeks. A Z visa requires a real job in China.

Residence

Permanent residence — assessment & filing

We honestly assess your chances and prepare documents. Employment route: from 4 years of work in China with a clean tax record.

on request · individual

How we assess your chances
  • Employment route: 4 years of work in China, 3 years of actual residence
  • Clean tax record and salary level (depends on the city)
  • Grounds analysis: employment, family, investment

We start with an honest free assessment. If there are no grounds, we say so and map the path: a Z visa and years of work first.

The consular fee is non-refundable. The price is fixed in the contract; changes only by agreement.

New rules from September 15, 2026

China’s Regulations on Exit and Entry Administration (State Council Decree No. 841) took effect. What changed:

A genuine purpose of travel is mandatory

When applying for a visa, at the border and for a residence permit you must state a real and lawful purpose. Officers may request documents and electronic data.

False information = entry ban for 1–5 years

Fake documents or a purpose that does not match reality lead to refusal and a multi-year entry ban.

Visa-free entry is also monitored

30 days without a visa — for tourism, meetings and family visits, but not for work. “Arrived as a tourist, working anyway” leads to refusal and a ban.

How it works

Step 1

Consultation

We define the purpose of your trip and choose the visa type. We honestly say if you do not need a visa or face refusal risks.

Step 2

Invitation & documents

We prepare the official invitation, a document checklist and translations. Everything is checked before submission — under the new rules mistakes cost more.

Step 3

Submission

M visas — submission at a visa center in Russia. Work Z — processing via our agents in China.

Step 4

Issuance & support

We track the status, remind you about deadlines and extensions. We stay in touch after the visa is issued.

Frequently asked questions

How long can I stay on an M visa?

Single entry — usually up to 90 days. Annual multiple-entry — up to 90 days per entry, unlimited entries. The exact duration is granted at issuance.

Do I need to apply in person? Biometrics?

For single- and double-entry visas — no: submission is remote and the visa is issued without your visit. You visit the visa center once — only for the annual multiple-entry visa, to provide biometrics.

What passport validity is required?

At least about 6 months remaining at the time of application. For an annual multiple-entry visa your passport must cover the visa duration — if it expires earlier, the full term will not be granted and you will be asked for a new passport. We check your passport before submission.

What happens in case of refusal?

The consular fee is not refunded. We analyze the reason, fix the package and reapply — with a discount on our services.

Can I work visa-free or on a tourist visa?

No. Since September 15, 2026 controls have tightened: working on a mismatched purpose means an entry ban of 1 to 5 years. For work you need a Z visa.

What is the difference between M and Z?

M — business trips: negotiations, exhibitions, contracts, but not employment. Z — official employment with a Chinese company, with a Work Permit and residence permit.

When should I start?

M visas — 2–3 weeks before the trip. Work Z + Work Permit — 1.5–2 months: more documents, longer timelines.
